Privacy
In short
This site sets no cookies, uses no JavaScript, does not measure your behavior and loads no third-party services. Fonts are served from this domain. You do not need to sign in or provide anything.
Who is responsible
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Johannes Faupel, address and e-mail as in the legal notice.
What happens when you open a page
When you open a page, the server technically receives your IP address and the information your browser sends, for example the page requested, date and time, browser and language. Without this transfer no page can be displayed. We do not analyze your behavior.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the site.
Health context
Visiting this site can relate to your health. For that reason we avoid anything that would link visits to individual people or trace your behavior: no cookies, no JavaScript, no web analytics, no external services, no forms.
Hosting provider
The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see which search queries lead to this site in Google Search. Ownership of the domain is confirmed through a DNS record. No code runs on this site for this purpose. This site sends no data from your visit to Google. You carry out the search itself at Google. Google’s privacy policy applies to it.
Prompt buttons
On the prompts page and in a few other places, buttons open services of other providers: Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Grok (xAI), Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and the Google search. Only when you click a button does your browser open that service and pass it the text of the prompt or the search in the web address. From there, the privacy policy of the provider you chose applies. This site itself loads nothing from these providers and loads no third-party content.
Writing to us
If you send an e-mail, we process your message and sender address to reply. Share only what you wish to share. If you give information about your health, we process it on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give by sending the message. We keep messages only as long as needed to reply. This address is not a crisis service and is not read in real time. If you need help now, call a number at the top of this page.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Article 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction of processing (18), data portability (20) and objection (21). A complaint can be lodged with any data protection supervisory authority (Article 77), in particular in the country where you live or work.
