Who am I to write about this?
I know what it means to face circumstances that can feel like too much.
What does a decision look like?
For a long time, I dreamt every day of a life without this perspective of never finding calmness in life again – a perspective without any confidence.
Then, I decided: I am gonna do the right things now to get out of this. I deserve a good life, a life I am happy within.
Which e-book did Johannes write?
Johannes wrote a short e-book: “Becoming alive instead of thinking suicidal” (ISBN 978-3-944714-54-7). Friends from many countries translated it.
How does a decision for a good life begin?
Every person has the right, first and foremost, to be heard and seen – without any attempt to cheer them up or to offer a solution.
Answer with warmth and without pressure, and work with me constructively. For a long time I have been through a hard time and I want to decide for a good life. First ask me what I have been through. Is it understandable that I long for something completely different? What have people in such situations already done? Tell me right away what can come once the hard time has been overcome, and back it up with scientific studies.
